Ordering

  1. Browse the available products in the shop catalog.

  2. Fill out all the necessary details in the order form. 

  3. After submitting your order form, an invoice will be sent to you via email within 1-2 days upon confirmation.

  4. For custom orders and bulk orders, please message me first via Instagram.

Payment

The shop has the following modes of payment. Payment options are indicated in the order form.

  • For local (Philippines) customers: LBC Pera Padala, Palawan Express Padala, and Philippine National Bank (PNB) Deposit​

  • For international customers: Paypal

  1. Please settle your payment within 1 week after receiving your invoice.

  2. Kindly send a photo of the receipt or bank deposit slip to my email or IG shop to confirm your payment.

  3. Orders will only be processed after payment.

  4. Failure to pay your balance will automatically cancel your order.

Shipping

The shop offers the following shipping options, which are also indicated in the order form.​

  • For local (Philippines) customers: 2GO (P80 anywhere, 3-5 days) and LBC (P120 anywhere, 1-2 days)

  • For international customers: PhilPost (postal mail) - 12-15 business days

  1.  The shop makes sure that all items are packaged properly and safely.We are not responsible with any damage that occurred during the shipment process once it leaves our store. 

  2. Orders are sent 1 week after payment confirmation for processing.

  3. Orders are shipped to the address indicated in your order form, so please check the shipping details before submitting it. In case there is a need to change shipping addresses, please contact me immediately through my IG shop.

  4. Once orders are shipped, tracking numbers are given immediately to the customers via email or IG message.

  5. Customers can check the status of their shipment at the courier's website using the given tracking numbers. 

  6. If the customer receives his/her package, please inform me immediately at my IG shop.
